The Board:
- Approved minutes from the March 10 special meeting and March 17, 2008 regular board meeting and executive session.
- Approved March 2009 accounts payable totaling $2,714,057.
- Approved $3,362.06 in write-off accounts.
- Approved Policy 3-16 “Identity Theft and Personal Information Protection.”
- Accepted the 2008 audit report.
- Selected BPA to provide 100% of the District’s Tier 2 power supply
