Board Meeting Highlights
The Board:
- Approved minutes from the December 1, 2009 budget workshop and December 15, 2009 board workshop and regular meeting.
- Approved December 2009 accounts payable totaling $3,705,306.
- Approved $2,666 in write-off accounts.
- Installed the 2010 Board officers: President Ken Phillips, Vice President Harry Hewitt, Treasurer Barbara Trout, Secretary Doug Olson and Director Ed Jenkins.
- Approved becoming a Silver Sponsor at the $750 level for the 2010 American Cancer Society Relay for Life event.
- Approved Resolution 10-01-01, amending the District’s 401K plan document to bring the plan into compliance with VALIC’s Volume Submitter Plan, required by IRS regulations.
