The Board:
- Approved minutes from the October 13, 2009 regular board meeting.
- Approved October 2009 accounts payable totaling $2,348,930.
- Approved $2,185 in write-off accounts.
- Approved Tillamook Lightwave to proceed with the purchase of the Pacific City Landing Station with due diligence and under review by counsel.
- Approved moving seasonal accounts to monthly billing within 120 days from December 31, 2009; and any seasonal customers signed up from this day forward will be signed up for monthly billing.
