Board Meeting Highlights
The Board:
- Approved minutes from the July 14, 2009 board workshop and regular board meeting.
- Approved July 2009 accounts payable totaling $2,017,124.
- Approved $6,319 in write-off accounts.
- Approved an amendment to Policy No. 120 Total Compensation and Salary to add a new job classification of Energy Programs Representative.
- Approved the amendment to the LP Contract and authorized the chairman to sign the amended contract as submitted by the Bonneville Power Administration.
- Approved the personnel agreement and authorized the general manager to sign the agreement.
