The Board:
- Approved minutes from the January 15, 2008 regular board meeting
- Approved January 2008 accounts payable totaling $4,911,902
- Approved $1,867 in write-off accounts
- Accepted the 2008 Review and Evaluation of the System Operation and Maintenance, RDUP Form 300
- Acknowledged receipt of the Qualified Engineer’s Certificate
- Adopted Bond Resolution 08-02-01, A Resolution Authorizing the District’s Electric System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2008 Under the District’s Master Bond Resolution; and Amending The Master Bond Resolution
- Approved revisions to Personnel Policy No. 120, Salary Program Administration
- Authorized the Chairman of the Board to execute the NRU Participant Agreement subject to Resolution No. 08 of the NRU Phase 1 Executive Committee.
