Highlights from February 16, 2010 Board Meeting

The Board:

• Approved minutes from the January 12, 2010 regular board meeting, January 25, 2010 executive session and February 2, 2010 special board meeting.
• Approved January 2010 accounts payable totaling $4,650,112.
• Approved $2,669 in write-off accounts.
• Approved Amendment #3 to the Intergovernmental Agreement creating the Economic Development Council of Tillamook County to update language and to establish organizational bylaws subject to the provisions of the agreement.
• Authorized the Board President to sign the amended by-laws of the Economic Development Council of Tillamook County.
• Approved Resolution 10-01-01, amending the District’s 401K plan document to bring the plan into compliance with VALIC’s Volume Submitter Plan, required by IRS regulations.
• Approved Bond Resolution 10-02-03 authorizing the District’s Electric System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2010 under the District’s Master Bond Resolution.
• Approved the Engineer’s Report prepared by Curt Bagnall of CH2M Hill.
