The Board:

• Approved minutes from the June 22, 2009 executive session and June 23, 2009 regular board meeting.
• Approved June 2009 accounts payable totaling $2,079,178.
• Approved $4,091 in write-off accounts.
• Approved conservation loans for a $14,400 PTCS heat pump project and a $10,768 heat pump project.
