Board Meeting Highlights
The Board:
- Approved minutes from the April 15, 2008 workshop and regular board meeting.
- Approved April 2008 accounts payable totaling $2,874,005.91.
- Approved $2,321.43 in write-off accounts.
- Approved the presentation of a proposal to Garick to purchase power at $0.07 per kWh until the end of 2008, at which time green tags will be available and then purchase power at $0.08 per kWh.
- Approved Resolution 08-05-02 requesting a municipal capped loan with RUS.
- Approved Resolution 08-05-03 regarding the ten-year forecast.
- Authorized the manager and board to sign documents for the RUS loan application.
