- Approved Policy Bulletin 4-18 “Release of District Easements.”
- Approved a $10,582 conservation loan for a PTCS heat pump.
- Approved the revised strategic plan.
- Approved Personnel Policy No. 330 “Education Assistance Program,” Policy No. 023 “Employment of Relatives and Personal Relationships in the Workplace,” Policy No. 210 “Hours of Work and Paydays,” Policy No. 416 “Cell Phones,” and Policy No. 417 “Portable Computers.”
