The Board:
- Approved minutes from the September 22, 2009 board workshop and regular board meeting.
- Approved September 2009 accounts payable totaling $1,149,977.
- Approved $2,992 in write-off accounts.
- Approved the selection of the short-term rate for Tillamook PUD’s Tier 2 product from the Bonneville Power Administration.
- Approved a power purchase agreement with Bio Energy Enterprises, LLC and authorized the general manager to sign the agreement.
