The Board:

• Approved minutes from the August 12, 2008 board workshop and regular meeting, and the August 12 joint board meeting with TIDE.
• Approved August 2008 accounts payable totaling $2,253,351.
• Approved $2,677 in write-off accounts.
• Approved revisions to Personnel Policy 120 “Salary Program Administration.”
• Approved updates to Policy 4-22 “Power Quality Products” and Policy 4-23 “Key Accounts.”
